The Finance sub-team are responsible for the prudent management of all financial matters relating to the Church. This includes:

• recording all the income and expenditure of the Church.
• Ensuring all invoices are paid in a timely manner.
• Management of all the Church Bank accounts.
  
• Production of the freewill offering statement for each member of the Congregation.
• Management of the gift aid submissions to the relevant authorities.

A key additional role of this team under the 2020 Vision initiative is to prepare budgets and financial forecasts to allow the full Resources Core Team to make informed decisions when approving budget requests from the other core teams.
