We have a wide range of books and CD's for purchase at the library outside the Session Room. If there is a particular book or CD that you would like the team to order for you then complete this form and post it in the box at the library.

The youth intern scheme is an established dimension of the youth work at Carnmoney.  Participants on this scheme get the chance to experience many aspects of youth ministry. If you would like to get involved then please read this introduction to the scheme and if you feel this is something you would like to do then please complete an application form and hand it to Rick Hill.

Complete this form to allow the Church to claim back the tax on your freewill offering and other donations that you may make. Please ensure that you read the accompanying notes to make sure that you qualify. The form may be handed into the Church Office, placed in the offering plate on a Sunday morning or given directly to Tom Wilson in the Vestibule after each Service.

This form must be completed by a Parent or Guardian for each child that attends one of our Organisations. The completed form can be left at the Church Office or handed to one of the Leaders at the Organisation your Child attends.

This form is used for gaining Parental approval for their Child to attend outings, day trips and other special events.
