A busy Church such as ours inevitably requires planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure that our equipment and facilities remain in working order and meet legal requirements. The management of all this work is the responsibility of the Maintenance sub-team and can include:

• Repairs to fixed fittings, mechanical and electrical systems as required to maintain safe operation.
• Modification to existing installations to meet new regulatory requirements.
• Installation of new domestic equipment such as kitchens, dishwashers etc. as required by the Church organisations.
