We have two teams who are responsible for the running of Sunday services. These are the Audio Visual team and the Music ministry team.

The AV team operate all the technical side of things such as managing the sound system, recording services on video and running visual presentations during worship services. The team works on a monthly rota and volunteers can also be involved in larger, outside events. Being part of this team requires initiative, professionalism and some technical ability however, training is provided for all our team members so a willingness to learn is all that’s needed.  

The other team who are heavily involved in our Sunday services is our Music Ministry team. This is made up of several bands as well as a small orchestra and a group of singers. There are opportunities to serve in various children’s ministries, Sunday services and Pastorates. We welcome all ages and abilities to be involved in the orchestra and auditions for the bands are held in September, March and June each year.

The quality and relevance of our weekly worship is to a large extent dependent upon the ability and commitment of those who volunteer on these two teams. If you are interested in getting involved or would like to attend our next band auditions please contact Karen Bousfield.
