Discipleship Associate

Carnmoney Church is seeking to appoint a Discipleship Associate to join our staff team and support the ongoing ministry and mission of the church.

This role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a heart for Jesus, a love for people, and a desire to see others grow as disciples of Christ. The Discipleship Associate will help support, develop and strengthen discipleship across the life of Carnmoney, working alongside the staff team and church family to encourage spiritual growth, biblical formation and active participation in church life.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping people follow Jesus in everyday life and who can contribute to the wider discipleship vision of the church.

The salary will be in the range PCI Scale B3-B5 (currently £31,353 to £33,691) based on qualifications and experience.  The role will be based at the Carnmoney campus at 258 Carnmoney Road, Newtownabbey, BT36 6JZ.
